Appetizer: 6 types of tofu side dish
(Black sesame tofu, yuzu tofu, mustard tofu, jimami tofu, miso-pickled tofu, seasonal tofu)
Appetizer: Smoked salmon and aromatic vegetable yuba spring rolls
Appetizer: Grilled Akashi sea bream sashimi and freshly drawn yuba sashimi
Grilled dish: Homemade mochi-fu dengaku-yaki with two types of miso
Fried food: Seasonal vegetable tempura with soy milk and fried wheat gluten with rice crackers
